MakeRoom is a social impact events and production studio dedicated to connecting audiences to thematically led film screenings, showcases, networking events, panel talks, and exhibitions.

These events range from showcasing prolific work by stand-out filmmakers from the global majority, whilst also hosting parties and socials for all to attend.

    We stand on business in bringing like minded individuals in one safe space to, network, collaborate and share ideas. Every quarter, whether your a creative, filmmaker or passionate about film, we believe in the power of connecting across as well as upwards, here to serve those from the entertainment and creative media industries.

  • Short Film Screenings

    There are so many short films and music video’s that get missed or shown directly online. MakeRoom’s goal is to bring to light the fantastic work by filmmakers & artists that you may not of heard of or want to see on a big screen, we’re here to celebrate their work for you to see it first or once again.

  • Immersive Experiences

    We pride in taking one step further when presenting fantastic work by global majority directors. There wont just be a screening, but there will also be an exhibition or creative component that fully encompasses the films presented, guaranteeing that you go away never forgetting the work. Every event is unique every time.
