West Green Road Improvements

West Green Road Improvements

Make-Room and Tom Ebdon Architects (a local Architectural practice) were appointed to carry out a feasibility study into street frontage and public realm improvements to a section of West Green Road in Tottenham.

There is £50k of funding available from the High Street Innovation Fund for improvements. The Make-Room team created a menu of ten ideas, presented them to local stakeholders and held a successful public consultation. The ideas range in scope and scale from curated Art billboards to a new public park. The first improvements will be implemented from July 2013.

Dates: April 2013 ongoing
Site: West Green Road, from the High Road to Lawrence Road

This West Green Road project looks fantastic, I live in the area and this HAS to go ahead. There are some great ideas that would change the area dramatically for a minimal amount of money. Where do I lodge my support with the Council ? You should drop flyers to local homes and get this implemented TODAY !!

      Hi Gavin

Thanks for your comment and very positive support. Drop me an email with your contact details and I’ll pass them on to the Council to get you added to the mailing list for updates and future meetings.

      Best wishes

Love the proposal. What’s the status of it? If there isn’t a decision when will one be made? Can I be added to the mailing list too?
